Azure (they/them) is a Canadian multidisciplinary artist, poet, and writer whose work explores the intersections of embodiment, desire, intimacy, memory, and fluidity through colour and composition. Queer, trans, and non-binary, Azure draws from both early academic training in fine art and later studies in architecture to shape a distinct visual language developed over more than 25 years.

Having lived in cities around the world - including Miami, The Hague, New York City, Paris, Budapest, Toronto, and Rome - Azure’s practice is informed by movement, and evolving notions of identity and place.

While rarely available for sale, some of their original work is held in private collections internationally, including in New York City, Toronto, and Paris.
